Whiteroom Myoko Kogen Lodge

Centrally located in Myoko Kogen on the main island Honshu of Japan is our Whiteroom Myoko Lodge.

This 3 level private residence is the perfect place to base your family or friends for a week in the Japanese Alps.

The home is easily accessible to all of Myokos best ski resorts. 

Within 3-6km of the home is Suginahara Ski Resort, Ikenotaira Onsen, Kanko Ski Resort, Akakura Onsen Ski Resort, Seki Onsen Ski Resort plus the impressive Lotte Arai Ski Resort is a further 20 minute drive towards Joetsu.

Madarao Ski Resortand Tangram Ski Circus are also close by within a 15 minute drive of the home.

The Snow Monkeys are an easy drive and must see attraction in the area. Nagano is a 45 minute commute and offers a wide range of shopping, restaurants and temples to visit on down days.

Whiteroom Myoko Lodge has 2 seperate bedrooms on the top level (sleeps 2 in each bedroom) with a balcony and views of the Myoko ski resorts. The home is located within an easy walking distance of 7eleven in Myoko Kogen and within 400m of the local Daichi Supermarkets for your groceries. There is a local bakery and coffee shop also opposite the Myoko Kogen Train station and is also 400m from the home.

The middle level has a south facing Japanese lounge area with balcony access, and a large Japanese style room which can be converted into a bedroom, a bathroom with large size bath, washing machine and large genken (entry) and glasss staircase and of course an open style stainless kitchen to prepare those gyoza and hot ramen at the end of a day on the slopes.

The basement is the perfect place to keep your vehicle out of the storms and also has a large tuning workshop and place to dry your winter snow gear. The house can also be accessed from the basement internlly.

There is a 7 seater vehicle supplied with ski racks to all customers upon booking your stay. Please ensure you provide us with a copy of your International Drivers Licence prior to your stay commencing to ensure the availability of the vehicle for use in Japan.

The Base Weekly Rate to privately book your stay with us is $3000 per week including all linen and vehicle hire with insurance.

We are Open for Bookings from December through until April.
